Photos below: Richard Galbraith writes: going through some pics I shot at Cains ballroom and had a few from Kenny and the Kasuals, I had written on my sheet with a C, I found an old address I had for Texas..... I was just reading up on them , but looks like they may have opened for the boomtown Rats around 79 at Cains Ballroom in tulsa.
